1. GENERAL
Your use of and purchase of products from this site is governed by the terms
and conditions set out below.
We recommend you also read our Privacy policy, which is in the security section.
You can print the full terms and conditions by selecting the print option in the
file menu of your browser.
We may at any time make changes to this site and the details displayed on it
(including prices).
2. PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices that are displayed on the site for goods on sale are Olive Shopping
prices in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. The price of the goods do
not include a delivery charge, this will be charged additionally when you place
your order.
All other charges will be clearly displayed where they apply. Prices and
delivery charges displayed are only valid and applicable in the United
Kingdom. If by mistake we under price an item then we will not be liable to
supply the item at the stated mistaken price. In this event we will notify you
before we despatch the goods concerned.
Olive Shopping cannot accept your order and despatch it until you have paid for
it in full by the payment methods set out in the website (credit/debit cards,
cheque or postal order).
On receiving payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail, which
will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Our
acceptance of your order will be when we despatch the goods to you. This will
then create a binding contract between us.
We reserve the right not to supply at
our discretion.
3. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days from receiving delivery of
your goods. In other words there is a 7-day money back guarantee subject to
conditions (see below). To do this please e-mail our Customer Services

If you have cancelled your order and you receive the goods, then you must return
the goods to us in accordance to the procedure stated in the Returns section. We will
refund your credit or debit card or send a cheque (if you paid by cheque) within
30 days of receiving the goods. In this circumstance you shall be responsible
for return postage/courier charges.
If you fail to send the goods within 10 days of cancellation then you will be
deemed to have accepted the goods. At this point a new contract will be formed between us
and we will charge you for your order at the prices set out on the website. This does not
affect your statutory rights.
4. RETURNS

5. DELIVERY
We aim to provide a speedy and cost effective delivery service. Below are the delivery charges for the UK mainland (England, Scotland, Wales).
£0 - £19.99 £3.50
£20 - £59.99 £5.00
£60 - £99.99 £5.50
£100 or more FREE
For Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles the delivery charge will be £12.50
which is subject to clarification from Carrier as prices may change.
Delivery will be made to the address specified in your order. On receipt of the
goods by you, they will be held at your risk and we will not be liable for their
loss or damage.
Please note that it may not be possible to deliver to some locations, in this
event we will contact you. All deliveries are by third party carriers. If you
are not able to collect the goods when they arrive, they will be stored at the
nearest depot to your house or the carrier will attempt to deliver to your
address again.
We shall normally deliver within 5 working days of receiving your order.
However, in exceptional circumstances it may take up to 30 days of receiving
your order. We will try our best to deliver the goods to you as speedily as
possible. We shall not be liable for any loss by delay in delivery arising out
of circumstances beyond our control.
If you order a range of goods then depending on the goods you may receive all of
them in one delivery or receive the goods separately.
If you order several goods as separate orders then you will have to pay the
delivery charge applicable for each order as specified on the website.

WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE GOODS.

6. LIABILITY AND USE OF WEBSITE
6.1 This site is provided by Olive Shopping Limited without any guarantees and
you must bear the risk associated with the use of the Internet.
6.2 We will not be liable for any of the following:
(i) incompatibility of this site with your software,
(ii) technical problems with the site,
(iii) unsuitability, unreliability of this site or inadequacy of this site to meet your needs.
6.3 If the goods are not in accordance with the contract for any reason (e.g.
shortage, non delivery, damaged, defective) then our only obligation to you if
notified within 7 working days will be limited to replacing the goods, making up
the shortage or refunding the amount paid by you for the goods in whatever way
we choose. Olive Shopping will not be liable for any compensation in these
matters.
6.4 If you return the goods and they are not in the condition supplied as new
then we are not liable to credit you any monies. We may credit you part of the
sum but this is at our discretion.
6.5 We are not liable to you in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory
duty or otherwise, for any loss, damage, costs or expenses of any nature
whatsoever incurred or suffered by that other party of an indirect or
consequential nature, including without limitation, any economic loss or other
loss of turnover, profits, business or goodwill.
6.6 We are not responsible for the content of third party websites which we
provide a link to from this website.
6.7 The content of this site belongs to Olive Shopping Limited and you may not
reproduce, modify, copy, distribute or make use for commercial purposes, any of the
materials or content of the website without prior written consent from Olive
Shopping Limited.

These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction
over any disputes between us.
In these terms and conditions:
"Olive Shopping" means, Olive Shopping Limited and any other connected
organisation that supplies the goods ordered by you and any successor to its business;
"We and Us" means Olive Shopping Limited either alone or together with you, as the context requires;
"Working day" means every day of the year except weekends, and English statutory
and public holidays;
"You" means the person ordering goods subject to these terms and conditions.
