Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with the order you have received from Olive Shopping
you should contact customer services at
customerservices@oliveshopping.com and inform them you wish to return the
item(s). We will exchange or refund any unused items returned to us, as sold in
their original condition, with the printed email confirmation of your order.
If your goods are incorrect (meaning we if we supply the wrong goods), faulty or damaged on delivery we will exchange the
product or issue a full refund to you including delivery charges. We will
arrange a carrier for collection of the goods.
If you are not satisfied with the goods for any other reason we will exchange or
refund any unused items provided that the items are returned by you and received
by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you (as new). It will be
your responsibility to return the item(s) within 7 working days of receiving the
delivery and the cost of return will be at your expense.
Olive Shopping cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so
we recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office or Courier.
Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the returned order.
