How To Order
Selecting a Product
- Select a shop on the left menu.
- Click on the desired category.
- Click on the "More info" link next to the required product type to view more details about the product.
- Edit the number of packs required by typing in the text box provided (if required).
- Click the "Add" button (this will add the item to your shopping basket).
- You can view your shopping basket using the "View basket" icon at the right of the screen (this link will be displayed if you have added item(s) to the basket).
Purchasing
- When you are ready to proceed with your order click the checkout button.
- If you have not registered on the Olive Shopping web site, you will be asked to sign up. If you have not logged in, you will be asked to log in.
- Enter the shipping details.
- Please select your preferred method of payment. These include paying by credit/debit card or by cheque.
- Please make a note of your order number, as this will allow you to ‘track’ your order.
Tracking Your Order
- Please login and click on the Order Status icon located at the top of the screen.
- Enter your order number, and this will give you details of whether your order has been dispatched from the warehouse. Your order number can be found on your confirmation of order note.
