No it is not. For security reasons with respect to credit card payment your registration address must be the same as your credit card address. Therefore please ensure that your registration address matches your credit/debit card billing address. To do this login as a returning customer and click on Edit my details and change your address. |

Can I place an order without an e-mail address or a telephone number, as I would like to keep this information confidential? |

No, we require an e-mail address to process your order. Furthermore it enables us to notify you with information regarding your order. Olive shopping is an online superstore and we can only process orders for registered members, for which an e-mail address is mandatory.
We require a telephone number because in certain circumstances, such as delivery problems, this is the best mode of contact. We have a secure database and customer information is treated confidentially. Please see our privacy policy by clicking on the Security icon on the top right corner. Your information is not passed on to third parties without your consent. |

I have forgotten my password. What should I do? |

If you forget your password, you need to click on the Log in/Sign up icon on the home page and then click on the forgotten your password link. Enter your e-mail address and your password will be e-mailed to you. You can also change your password by logging on to the website and accessing the edit my details page. |

How can I save items in my basket to purchase at a later date without having to shop all over again? |

We are sorry but there is no facility on our website that allows you to save an order for purchasing at a later date. |

Log on to the website as a returning customer, check the order status to see whether the item is pending, sent or cancelled. |

Can I get a discount for bulk buying? |

Our prices are very competitive and there are savings to be made; therefore there is no such facility on the website to incorporate this. We do, however, welcome bulk enquiries. Please contact us directly at sales@oliveshopping.com with the part number, product name and quantity.

Can I order by telephone? |

No, because we are an on-line shopping site and orders must be processed on-line. For protection against fraud we have a secure online payment facility, which encrypts (codes) the details of your credit card information. Please see our security policy for more details. If for any unique reason this is not possible you can contact us by phone or email to discuss alternatives. |

Can I return an item and do I get a refund? |

Yes, you have the right to return an item within 7 days of receiving the delivery, and it is your responsibility to return the item including the cost of postage. Upon receipt of the goods we will refund you the amount you paid subject to the goods being in the same condition as when they were sent. Please see clause 3 in our terms and conditions. PLEASE NOTE- on returning an unwanted product you will only be refunded the total amount you paid when the item was sent to you. The postage cost of the product being returned WILL NOT be reimbursed i.e. you the customer will bear this cost. Olive Shopping Ltd will not be liable for any costs incurred in the returning of such products. |

If I need an urgent delivery, can you guarantee next day delivery? |
